Refund Policy

All merchandise, textbook, and course materials purchased online are eligible for a full refund if returned in their original condition within 14 days of original purchase.

Additional terms:

1. Original sales receipt must be presented for all refunds
2. Shrink wrap, if applicable, must not be broken
3. Access Codes must not be visible or scratched off
4. Items must be in resalable ‘New’ condition

Shipping Policy

Shipping is based on USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail Service. Orders can also be picked up in person at either bookstore location, as specified in your order. Email notification will be sent once order is shipped or ready for pick-up. Please allow two business days for order processing.

Chanute campus pick-up: The bookstore is located at 800 W. 14th Street, in the Student Union, at the east entrance closest to the Gymnasium.

Ottawa campus pick-up: The bookstore is located at 900 E. Logan, just inside the main entrance of campus.
